Terms of Engagement
1. Mandate Acceptance
GIEM Advisory operates strictly on a selective mandate basis. Professional engagement commences only upon the formal execution of a Letter of Appointment, detailing the specific scope of services, asset parameters, and term duration. We reserve the right to decline any mandate that does not align with our core expertise or strategic capacity.

2. Scope of Services
Our role is defined as strategic consultancy and asset stewardship. GIEM Advisory provides analytical oversight, yield optimization strategies, and landlord representation. We do not act as regulated legal or financial advisors; all structural or legal pivots recommended should be ratified by the client’s respective legal counsel.

3. Professional Fees
Fee structures are bespoke to each mandate and are traditionally structured as a combination of a Retainer Fee and a Performance Incentive. All financial terms are disclosed transparently within the Letter of Appointment.

4. Absolute Confidentiality
Discretion is the cornerstone of our firm. All client identities, portfolio data, and strategic discussions are protected by strict non-disclosure protocols. We do not publicize our client list or specific case studies without express written authorization.

5. Professional Liability
GIEM Advisory maintains professional indemnity insurance consistent with the requirements of a high-level strategic consultancy. Our liability is limited to the value of the professional fees paid under the specific mandate in question.

6. Governing Law
These terms, and any engagement arising from them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
